The Miniature Enyesque Congress has culminated its second edition at the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers of Lanzarote. Focused on haute cuisine in miniature for adults and children, the gastronomic festival has hosted the competition between enyesque professionals, cooking for the little ones - Miniature Kids - and the congress for professionals on tourism and gastronomy.
In the Miniature Enyesque Special of Radio Lanzarote, Carlos Chavaud interviews the two winners of the enyesques contest: Orlando Ortega from Lilium (1st) and Yeray Gil from Primarios Bar (2nd), who tell us about the experiences lived after this initiative of knowledge transfer with specialists in miniature cuisine from the Basque Country. The chef of the Castillo de San José, Pedro Luis García Curbelo, was the third winner.
The CEO of the Tourist Centers, Benjamín Perdomo, also valued very positively in Buenos Días Lanzarote the celebration of the 2nd edition of the Congress
