Throughout the two days of the Volcanic Cuisine Festival, Saborea Lanzarote, chefs of international prestige, together with the most outstanding chefs on the island, have shared knowledge and wisdom in the kitchen with all the attending public.
The gastronomic presentations have achieved full capacity in all sessions and the Gastronomic Market brought together more than fifty exhibitors.
