This is assured by Turismo Lanzarote, which especially highlights the agreement announced this Tuesday with the airline British Airways, which will connect the airports of London Gatwick and Guacimeta every Thursday and Sunday starting on March 31.
The president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Pedro San Ginés, and the heads of Turismo Lanzarote assure that this is the "best news of the current edition of the Fair".

Janice Mather and Nick Louden confirmed, finally, the opening of the new connection with Blackpool for the summer campaign of next year 2013.
The Jet2 & Jet2holidays group is one of the main partners of Turismo Lanzarote in the British market, with which promotion agreements have been established with excellent results.
Turismo Lanzarote also held meetings with those responsible for the tour operators Apollo - Swedish - and Sunway - Irish - to try to diversify the market, with respect to the former, and maintain the consolidation strategy that is being developed in the Land of the Clover.
