After shouting slogans for about 20 minutes, the informative pickets have left the Deiland shopping center. During their tour, they have managed to get several businesses to close their doors, but as soon as they left, the stores have reopened. The Hiperdino supermarket has also reopened.

The attitude of the informative pickets calling for support for the general strike has not pleased many workers at Deiland. Heraclio Rivero, head of IT at Lanzarote, told La Voz that he "was forced to close his store" as the pickets passed by.

Rivero pointed out that "unions have to respect people who want to work". He clarifies that he is against the Labor Reform and assures that "if they want to throw you out on the street, they can do it tomorrow", but he is not in favor of the unions either. "I don't think they defend my interests", he indicated.
