According to the extract of the Order published in the BOC, owners of meat carcasses at the exit of the slaughterhouse may be eligible for the aid provided for in this call. Quantities of meat slaughtered during 2024 in authorized slaughterhouses in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, corresponding to the aforementioned species, will be admissible.

On the other hand, the support line for hen egg producers has a total budget of 315,050 euros, with a unit amount of 0.07 euros per dozen of hen eggs produced and marketed in the islands, with the aim of promoting laying poultry farming under the same conditions as in any other European region, allowing to alleviate the costs derived from the ultraperipherality of the Canary Islands.

In addition, a aid supplement of 10% of the amounts corresponding to the beneficiaries who have received the subsidy for the installation of young farmers of the Rural Development Program or the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy in the current campaign or in any of the previous four and who maintain said condition in the campaign object of the aid will be paid.

For both lines, the duly completed applications will be submitted from January 15 to 31, 2025 through the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, according to the standardized model. Both lines are financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF).
