Canal Gestión Lanzarote premieres this Wednesday a virtual office on its website, which allows you to process any procedure without having to go to a commercial office or make an appointment. 

In total, the public company has put into service fifteen new procedures for which until today it was essential to go to its offices in person. Among them, carry out a new supply contract; change owner, user or payer; cancel a supply permanently or request the change of location of the meter or the certificate of suitability.

In addition, now you can pay bills online and make payments through bizum. You can also request a meter check, report an incident, file a complaint or claim, as well as request the mediation of the Customer Advocate.

To carry out the procedures online, customers must register in the virtual office and access an area called “your space” from where they can carry out the procedures.
