The legendary Hotel Meliá Salinas presents Sunday Brunch, a delicious gastronomic offer for those who love wellness.
The menu, which will be available from 12 to 4 p.m., includes everything from eggs benedictine with smoked salmon, sirloin steak with grilled vegetables and julienne potatoes, fresh fish of the day or sugared waffles with grilled seasonal fruits. And, of course, also salads, cheeses, Iberian ham, croissants, churros, pancakes, yogurts, fresh fruits, tempting desserts accompanied by coffees, teas, cavas and a long etcetera that will make Sunday a very special day.
But gastronomy at the Salinas has something special, and that is that the environment enriches the palate as much as the flavors. Brunch is served in the newly opened Casa Nostra Restaurant, which can be accessed either through the reception or through the beach.
"We have located the brunch in one of the best rooms of the hotel, with sea views, allocating one of our best locations for the enjoyment of people who decide to share a Sunday with us", explains Ernesto Guerra, director of the hotel establishment.
Brunch is part of an ambitious revitalization plan in which the hotel is immersed, which includes the renovation of rooms and services, respecting the tradition of the legendary establishment. "We want the Salinas to once again be a point of reference for the people of Lanzarote, to be close to the island that saw us born as an establishment," concludes Guerra.
