Excellent presentation tasting, at the Amura restaurant in Puerto Calero, of four wines from the Alta Pavina Winery; Pavina white, Pavina red, Pago La Pavina and Citius. This winery is located in La Parrilla, Valladolid, where it cultivates the Pinot Noir variety, one of the most delicate grapes and also the grape par excellence of Burgundy. The Pinot Noir variety is grown in only three wineries in the national territory.
The presentation was given by Vinalia Canarias, distributor of the winery and Hugo Ortega, owner. They were accompanied by the well-known sommelier Custodio López Zamarra, a legend in everything that happens around wine, with more than 40 years of experience and great prestige in the sector. López Zamarra commented on each wine, from its origin to its point in the mouth, and emphasized the excellent value for money of Alta Pavina wines.
The wines stimulated a creative menu presented by the Amura team, with well-chosen and elaborated dishes and flavors.
