The Canary Islands added 260 new cases of coronavirus this Wednesday. The total of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 99,708 with 1,950 active, of which 24 are admitted to the ICU and 146 remain hospitalized. The Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands is 60.07 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days in 102.76 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 114 cases with a total of 923 cases that are epidemiologically active; Gran Canaria has 103 more than the previous day and 708 active. Lanzarote adds 24 new cases with 118 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has 17 new cases, and 162 active. La Palma, adds a new positive, so it has 17 active. El Hierro does not add new positives, so its assets are two. La Gomera adds a new case, so it has 20 active.
Until this Wednesday, a total of 2,325,047 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 6,768 correspond to Tuesday.
