The residents of Luján Pérez street, in Arrecife, are tired of having to "see, smell and endure" the sewage drain in this area that overflows "constantly producing bad odors." According to them, the vehicles that pass through this street splash the sewage water, which ends up on the doors and windows of the residents and also on the sidewalks.
The residents report that this happens "again and again", while "no one" cares about this problem and finding a solution. In addition, they insist that the Arrecife City Council "ignores" and "doesn't show its face", but they can't "even open a window", since the bad smell is "constant".
