Once again, debris has reappeared dumped in the middle of a road. This time, a reader has located seven small freezers on the access road to the Sara animal shelter. This same reader reports that some time ago both the City Council and the Cabildo proceeded to clean this road, where again "a scoundrel" has thrown a large amount of debris.
The paradox of this matter is that in that same area, a few meters away, there is a recycling point installed where these freezers could have been thrown, which now cover part of this road.
