Several parents of students from the San Bartolomé Secondary School have contacted La Voz to report that the Ministry of Education has left their children without school transport. In addition, they all agree that they were informed just one day before the start of classes, which started this Wednesday.

"This is a matter for the Courts. I think my daughter has the right to transport", said a father of a 4th year ESO student, who wonders why if education "is compulsory until the age of 16 or 4th year of ESO, they leave her stranded", also stating that "there are more children affected from Güime and Montaña Blanca".

In fact, another father has also complained to La Voz after receiving a call this Tuesday in which he was informed that his son was not going to have transport from the San Bartolomé Institute to Montaña Blanca because, according to what he claims a civil servant told him, "there are no places".

"In other words, I have to make a living from one day to the next because suddenly, and in compulsory school age, the child is left without transport and they don't care if you go walking, we leave him in a parachute or he stays on guard all night", points out this part, which asks if "you can be more incompetent".
