An assistant suffers cardiac arrest during Lava Live and manages to be stabilized

The second day of the Lava Live festival experienced a moment of utmost gravity when a person enjoying one of the concerts collapsed and went into cardiac arrest.

The swift action of the Emerlan medical teams providing preventive coverage at the event, along with the collaboration of National Police officers and Private Security personnel, proved decisive in responding to the emergency.

Thanks to the coordination, professionalism, and immediate response of all involved, the cardiac arrest was successfully reversed before the affected individual was transferred to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital in an Advanced Life Support ambulance.

Emergency services have wished to recognize the work carried out by the doctors, nurses, and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) deployed at the venue, as well as the effective collaboration of the other personnel who participated in the intervention.

This incident highlights the importance of having preventive measures equipped with qualified personnel and adequate resources at events that gather a large number of attendees.
