A reader has contacted La Voz to denounce again the long queues to get a taxi at the airport of Lanzarote. "More than an hour of waiting to be able to access one", criticizes the woman.
"It's unbelievable, we've traveled all over the world and I've never had to wait for a taxi for this amount of time... families with children and disabled people, what an image for this island," she says.
In addition, the woman also criticizes that, despite "how small the airport is, it cannot handle the taxi user load... there are 70 licenses in the municipality of San Bartolomé to serve an international airport, what a mania we have on this island with limiting the taxi service."
Also, the reader proposes that "a planning be made with the flights and the needs of the airport". And as La Voz already published, the long queues at the island's airport are a common occurrence.
