A merchant from Manolo Millares street criticizes that the City Council has done the sidewalk works "without prior notice or any communication."
"How do they want us to enter our offices?", he laments indignantly, adding that "at least they should have put a walkway to access the shops."
As he explains, when he returned to work at noon, they found this situation. As can be seen in the video and as he said, he cannot access his office since the works have been carried out right next to the door of his business, thus preventing him from entering.
The citizen asks himself "when will he be able to access his business again?".
