A citizen of Puerto del Carmen has reported that since last January some works of the City Council of Tías "block" with fences and pipes "all the parking lots that surround" her home.
According to this neighbor, the municipal works have been going on "since January", when they placed pipes and other materials. However, the works "did not begin until a month later." In a criticism that she has sent to La Voz, she highlights that, three months later, "the entrance to her house is still blocked."
In this line, she has asked the City Council to have "consideration for the neighbors" and expedite the work or, if not, to look for "other places to place the material." Thus, she has insisted that it has already been three months in which the entrance to her house is full of pipes, fences and now also a lamppost.
On the other hand, she has indicated that on the side they have put "all kinds of garbage and recycling bins, when 50 meters away there is a supermarket and another 50 meters the back of a hotel. Both establishments generate much more garbage than individuals, so the most appropriate thing would be to move them."
