The second session was held in the afternoon, starting at 5:30 p.m., which will be the usual tone throughout the season. In the morning sessions, the physical aspect will be worked on, focusing the work of the afternoons on tactical and technical issues.
The pre-season concentration begins on Monday, July 31 and will extend until Friday, August 4, it will be held at Las Marinas Club Resort in Costa Teguise.
UD Lanzarote already has its pre-season calendar that includes participation in the Tinajo and San Bartolomé tournaments, as well as a match against UD Fuerteventura that will be played in Corralejo. In the morning session, players must show up an hour earlier than usual to pass the medical examination.
