Unión Deportiva Lanzarote continues to add positive results in addition to finding very good sensations, this time it was away at the home of UD Gran Tarajal, whom they beat by 1-3 with goals from Keita, Meca and Ismael Traoré. With this victory, the team led by Mateo García is getting closer to the promotion playoff positions, remaining just one point away.

From the beginning of the match, UD Lanzarote was more intense than its rival and only needed 15 minutes to take the lead. Keita led the attack on the right, combined in the vicinity of the area with Meca and Rodrigo, entered and beat Lucas to make it 0-1.

After the first half hour of the match, the Lanzarote team increased the differences on the scoreboard. In the 38th minute, Ismael with a perfect pass allowed Meca to get behind the Gran Tarajal defenders, save the desperate exit of the local goalkeeper and score into an empty net. The score was 0-2 at halftime.

UD Lanzarote could have sealed the match in the first ten minutes of the second half, having three clear chances through Rodrigo, Ayoze and Ismael Traore. These first ten minutes gave way to a phase in which the Rojillo team decreased its intensity on the field, a circumstance that UD Gran Tarajal took advantage of to reduce the difference through Ivan Conciençao.

The sentence would come in the 32nd minute of the second half. Kevin Lemes entered on the right wing, gave way for the arrival of Ismael Traore and the inside crossed the ball in front of the goalkeeper Lucas. UD Lanzarote finished with ten players on the field due to the expulsion of Cedenilla after a play in which he received a hard tackle that injured his right ankle, the full-back pointed out his discontent with the referee's decision.
