On the morning of this Saturday, June 7, a bus lost control and ended up crashing into a house on the San Bartolomé road, in the Tomare area, in Lanzarote. Fortunately, the incident did not leave any people injured, neither among the occupants of the vehicle nor in the affected house, which was empty at the time of the crash.
After receiving the notice through the CECOES (Emergency and Security Coordinating Center), members of the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium, as well as agents of the Local Police, went to the scene. The firefighters verified that there was no immediate risk and confirmed the absence of injuries.
Later, personnel from the Lanzarote Cabildo Works Department went to the area to collaborate in the evaluation of possible structural damage and secure the affected area, avoiding any danger to pedestrians or traffic.
