The I Tabayesco – Haría Test, included the participation of 20 teams, with the presence of teams from outside Lanzarote, both from Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria, and the presence of the Sports Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Alfredo Mendoza and the mayor of Haria Evelia García.

The tests consisted of three passes in the Tabayesco – Cruce de Temisa direction and three passes in the Cruce Temisa – Tabayesco direction with a section route of 4.2 kilometers. Important moments for each team where they were able to fine-tune their vehicles for the motor racing season, and at the same time to recognize the section for the next edition of the Haría climb.

The Escudería Lanzarote organized a recognition event for all participating teams and collaborators at the end, in which they enjoyed music and food. The Escudería Lanzarote organization started a season with great enthusiasm and excitement so that drivers and co-drivers could prepare themselves and their vehicles for the tests to be held during the year and with the aim of promoting training days in a regulated manner, avoiding the risk of clandestinity and, in turn, fueling the passion of the sport that moves the most fans, such as the world of motorsports.

The president of Escudería Lanzarote thanks the presence of the Cabildo's sports councilor, Alfredo Mendoza, and Evelia García, mayor of Haría, for the support and interest they have shown in making it happen, "because the illusion and the need we had in the Team to return to activity, we were finally able to start and in turn return to that place that should never have been left... and be organizers of motor racing events," they say.
