The technical secretariat of Unión Deportiva Lanzarote is beginning to put together the squad for the 2018/2019 season in the Canarian group of the Third Division, which they will face with profound changes in the team.
UD Lanzarote closed the incorporation of attacker Alex Yunes on Wednesday afternoon, coming from Unión Sur Yaiza. Alejandro Yunes de León, Spanish-Venezuelan born on July 18, 1989, is a versatile player on the field, playing in different positions on the field. His usual position is attacking midfielder, although he can also work as a center forward or reinforce the center of the field on some of its wings.
The footballer was already wanted last season, finally opting to continue in the ranks of Unión Sur Yaiza. With the southern team he played a total of 36 games, 35 of them as a starter, being 3,082 minutes on the field and scoring 18 goals. This will be his second stage at UD Lanzarote, in the previous one Alex Yunes played a total of 49 games with the red and white shirt in the Third Division and 1 game in the Copa del Rey, scoring 9 goals.

Interior Gastón Cedrez returns to UD Las Palmas, a club that has renewed the player for the 2018/2019 season and with the aim of incorporating him into the squad of the subsidiary team. The footballer had been loaned by the yellow team last season to UD Lanzarote, adding minutes and experience, growing sportingly and with the supervision of UD Las Palmas.
