The sports center of the Arenas Internacional School, the "Aqua & Sports Center Lanzarote", opens its doors to the public this Saturday, November 25, so that anyone who wishes can get to know the facilities and activities it offers for children and adults.
The I Sports Open Day will take place from 9.30 to 13.30, being able to try for free during those hours some of the activities that are taught in the sports center such as table tennis, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball, swimming and personal training.
This initiative is added to the open and free classes of the new sports specialties offered by the Aqua & Sports Center Lanzarote such as ACTIVA ZEN that mixes pilates, yoga and practices whose free trial class will be taught today Thursday, November 23, at 8 pm; or HATHA YOGA (new discipline with gentle movements of the body based on breathing, relaxation and meditation), which will take place next Monday, November 27, at 6.30 pm.
