The Canary Islander (12-1) dominated Brazilian Thiago Henrique from the first round, culminating his performance with a devastating elbow in the third round that forced his opponent to surrender against the fence.
Sosa displayed a repertoire of precise strikes and clinch work, "giving him a beating" until breaking Henrique's resistance. This victory by finish reinforces his candidacy to make the leap to the UFC, where he already sounds like one of the most promising lightweights in Europe.
