The UD Lanzarote squad suffers another loss of a player. Forward Miguel Yunes will not continue wearing the colors of UD Lanzarote in the Third Division and the player has requested to be removed from the federation to join the ranks of Unión Sur Yaiza of the Regional Preferente of Las Palmas. The player is leaving the red-and-white squad and the team will be reinforced with a player from the youth team who will join the first team's training sessions this Thursday.
Miguel Yunes has requested to be removed as a player of UD Lanzarote. The club intended to continue counting on his services for the remainder of the season, but the player declined the possibility of continuing to defend the red-and-white team's jersey. Miguel Yunes informed UD Lanzarote that he has an offer from Unión Sur Yaiza, a team in the Regional Preferente, and that he will join them immediately for the remainder of the season.
Unión Sur Yaiza, the team that will acquire Miguel Yunes' services, has not contacted UD Lanzarote at any time and all negotiations have been conducted through the player himself. UD Lanzarote proceeded on Thursday morning to process Miguel Yunes' removal from the federation, ceasing the player's membership in the UD Lanzarote discipline for the remainder of the season.
In order to complete the squad, the coaching staff of UD Lanzarote has decided to promote one of the players from the youth team to the first team. Starting this afternoon, forward Andrés will join the training sessions of the first team of UD Lanzarote. Andrés joins the youth players Dámaso and Ayoze, players who have been training under Adolfo Pérez since last week.
