The 17-year-old from Conejera, Daniela Betancort, will debut this year in the Haría Hill Climb. The daughter and sister of rally drivers from Lanzarote, who has been involved in the world of motorsports since she was very young, is one of the island's young promises. Daniela has decided on the world of co-driving and will debut again this weekend, after a year without competing due to studies and time.

The objective of the Betancortcompeticion team of Escudería Lanzarote is to be able to carry out the Haría Hill Climb in Formula Rally and an adaptation calendar of the Provincial Rallysprint Championship, debuting at home in July in the Tomas Viera Rallysprint, after which they will continue with the Yaiza Rallysprint and the new event in Fuerteventura of the Antigua Rallysprint, in order to continue with this "clear progression" and the options of meeting the objectives of this season, they have revealed.
The young woman from Conejera has pointed out that "last year I had the pleasure of debuting with my brother for the first time, a dream that finally came true, an unforgettable experience and this year I return to Haría with my brother, I am very happy because last year I enjoyed it very much and even happier to be back as my brother's co-driver, because in the end it is what we all like and we have it in our blood", she revealed. "Thank you for trusting me and being able to carry out some tests of the Provincial Rallysprint Championship and adapt", added the driver.
