The competition in the Women's Honor Gold Division was resumed, and CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife had to visit Balonmano Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The first minutes of the match were marked by inaccuracies, ball losses and poorly elaborated attacks. Hanna Yashchuck was in charge of opening the scoring for the locals, but CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife soon responded with goals from Petra Jersek, Miriam Páez, from 7 meters, and Mizuki Hosoe. The Lanzarote team took advantage of the exclusions of Ciris García and Rebeca López to make it 1 to 3.

Balonmano Santa Cruz Tenerife returned to the court with a mixed defense on Adina Ghidoarca, a strategy that did not give the expected results to the locals. At the edge of halftime, Esther de Miguel from the left wing raised the rent to five goals (8-13) and the first half ended with Ana Marín stopping a seven-meter shot from Rebeca López.
