Last Friday, the top four classified teams of the regular competition faced each other: 1st regular league Chinijos Reparaciones RM against 4th regular league Chinijos Poco Loco Costa Teguise, in which the former took the victory.
Also participating were 2nd regular league Ca'Mario Lanzarote against 3rd regular league CB Zonzamas, in which the former claimed victory. And on Saturday afternoon, the match for 3rd and 4th place was played first: CB Zonzamas and Chinijos Poco Loco Costa Teguise, with victory for the former after a very entertaining match.
Next, the grand final was played between Chinijos Reparaciones RM and Ca'Mario Lanzarote with a very enthusiastic crowd that filled the stands and without a clear favorite, despite Chinijos Reparaciones RM arriving undefeated to this match.
It was an intense and disputed match from the start, without clear advantages in its first minutes, until gradually Chinijos Reparaciones RM took the lead and reached halftime 5 goals ahead (14-9); and maintained it throughout the second half, against a Ca'Mario Lanzarote that fought to try to shorten it until the last second. Finally, Chinijos Reparaciones RM won with a 6-goal advantage (32-26).
