Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero faced Balonmano Arona in the penultimate match of the Title Phase of the Men's Territorial League, a match in which the possibility of securing the second position in the standings and being able to compete in the promotion phase was at stake. The Lanzarote team matured the match and opened the difference as the minutes passed, to end up winning by a clear 37 to 23.
The match began with two imprecise teams in their attacking actions, and the first two goals were scored by Balonmano Arona. The reaction of Ca´Mario Lanzarote was immediate, turning the score around with goals scored by Elliot Artiles, Pedro Noda and Valentín Perdomo (3-2).
Despite the few players that Balonmano Arona had, the Tenerife team remained in the game throughout the first half. A 4-1 run in the last four minutes of the first half allowed Ca´Mario Lanzarote to go into the break with a three-goal advantage, with the score reflecting 14 to 11 at the end of the first 30 minutes of the match.

From that moment on, they controlled the match without any problems, enjoying a comfortable advantage that they knew how to manage at all times.
With the result of 37 to 23, the match came to an end, adding two points for Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero, which allows them to mathematically certify their qualification for the promotion phase. A promotion phase that will be played from May 23 to 25, and that will be a reward for the team for the season they have had, since at no time will they be able to fight for promotion.
