It seems that the democracy that the right of the Popular Party, with the approval of the extreme right, likes, is the one that is made in their image and likeness.
A blow against our democracy through an expired judicial power, outside the law, and the Constitutional Court that supports it against the Constitution itself and against popular sovereignty itself, so that people understand what popular sovereignty is, is a blow against us as citizens with full rights.
The Popular Party no longer feels any shame in carrying out coups d'état through the judicial legislative system, even if it has expired.
To understand each other, imagine that a president or deputy stayed for 4 years and did not call elections, well, that is exactly what is happening with the judicial power, with the protection of the conservative majority of TC magistrates.
We should read between the lines, they are so conservative that they want to remain in power to be able to judge themselves, total... They even give themselves their own explanations, judgment and reasons, even if they are wrong.
In my opinion on this matter, the European Court should intervene, when justice becomes unfair and outside the law, it should be a court that is above national law that decides and acts, because this is taking on very dark and dangerous airs.
Let us remember that European law takes precedence over national law.
