In that aspect, the reports of both the Local Police and the Detachment of the Civil Guard of Puerto del Carmen, which work in a coordinated manner in the municipality, coincided.

At the meeting, which was attended by the island director of the General Administration of the State, Carmelo García Déniz, the mayor and the first deputy mayor of Tías, José Juan Cruz Saavedra, and Jéssica Suárez, respectively, representatives of the Insular Consortium of Firefighters and the two security forces operating in the municipality and municipal technicians, the Collaboration and Coordination Agreement on Gender Violence in the municipality of Tías was also reported.
