The Tías City Council highlights the work carried out by the Training Program in Alternation with Employment (PFAE) La Web de Tías 4.0, which is finishing its training with "a high level of training and preparation for its incorporation into the world of work, according to its managers".
The management of this PFAE highlights the acquisition of specialized knowledge in web design and development with the handling of key tools for its integration into the digital sector, an area in constant growth and demand for qualified professionals.
During the program, the student-worker has developed practical projects and has collaborated with local entities, providing innovative solutions and strengthening their skills in a real work environment, highlighting a special attention to creativity.
They are currently immersed in the creation of the web pages of the Conecta Tías community strategy and the Ars Magna cultural and artistic association.
Creativity to create quality content
To work on creativity when creating quality content, a key factor included in the criteria of the professional certificate of this PFAE, its participants have made direct contact with the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers of Lanzarote through guided tours by Víctor G. Moreno, in addition to access to their pedagogical resources.
The PFAE La Web de Tías 4.0 has also visited the headquarters of the César Manrique Foundation, where it has received information and interpretation of the space and the artistic work of Manrique by the head of its pedagogical area, Alfredo Díaz Gutiérrez.
Another of the relevant trainings connected with creativity will be a conference on branding and differentiation in web development that will be given by Sebastián Gil Maneiro, founding partner of the advertising company Pelaka.
