The Tías City Council has removed tons of construction and demolition debris that remained accumulated in industrial warehouses, stating that it is thus continuing "to improve waste management in the municipality."

On the one hand, the City Council details that it contracted, with the company Lazagrava, "the management of 1,200 tons of construction and demolition waste, such as a mixture of concrete, bricks, tiles and ceramic materials, which were accumulated next to the municipal warehouses near the cemetery."

These materials, they say from the Consistory, were "transferred to a waste management center and the area was conditioned to eliminate any remains." The City Council adds that the contract for this service amounted to 10,272.05 euros.

On the other hand, the Tías City Council contracted with the company Reciclajes Especiales y Eléctricos Canarios, for an amount of 2,000 euros, "the removal of hazardous waste from the Tías City Council's vehicle fleet until December 31, 2021."
