The Tías City Council has expanded the services it provides to citizens, with a new resource launched through its Electronic Headquarters: registration in the municipal register of inhabitants through online processing using a digital certificate or self-signature.

This measure has been in place since this week and consists of enabling those people who need to register in the municipal register to do so via the internet. However, it can also continue to be done in person, through the appointment system.

The procedure for registering in the register by online processing consists of accessing the City Council website www.ayuntamientodetias.es, Electronic Headquarters, General Services, Catalog of Procedures and, in the tab with the magnifying glass Search, write "Registration in the municipal register of inhabitants".

You can also directly access the link to process registration in the municipal register of inhabitants, which is the following: https://sede.ayuntamientodetias.es/sta/CarpetaPublic/doEvent?APP_CODE=STA&PAGE_CODE=PTS_CATSERV  After accessing that link, you must also enter the following text in the Search tab: "Registration in the municipal register of inhabitants".

The Consistory highlights that the Department of Citizen Attention, managed by Kalinda Pérez, has launched various initiatives to adapt the work of the administration to new technologies and the new situation created by the Covid-19 pandemic. "At the Tías City Council we continue to expand services to the residents of the municipality, we are up to date and avoid crowds in the consistory. In addition, from next Monday it will also be possible to access the renewal of the register electronically with the criteria for foreign citizens," says Kalinda Pérez.
