The Tías City Council has installed a total of 26 outdoor exercise machines in different parts of the municipality, with an investment of 45,163.70 euros from municipal funds. The objective of this installation is to increase general well-being by practicing exercise in outdoor spaces.
The bio-healthy devices have been placed in Conil, Tegoyo, El Pavón square, Los Lirios, Playa Chica promenade and Reina Sofía street, in front of the CEIP Concepción Rodríguez Artiles, Puerto del Carmen.
The mayor, José Juan Cruz, the first deputy mayor, Nicolás Saavedra, and the councilor for Children's Parks, Christopher Notario, visited some of the areas that have these devices, which are designed as a complement for residents to enjoy another meeting point that allows them to stay in shape.
The City Council has installed bio-healthy devices with diverse designs so that young people and adults have the possibility of improving their mobility and flexibility. The continued use of these devices contributes to increasing muscle tone and improving general physical fitness.
