The Arrecife City Council is going to invest around 10 million euros in the renovation of the theme park located on Fred Olsen Avenue, in front of the Cabildo de Lanzarote building. This new project aims to make this space "a large green, sports and leisure lung", between El Reducto and the Palacio de Congresos.
According to La Voz, this project seeks to recover a shaded space, another for doing sports and even an outdoor cinema.
The sketches show a space for practicing calisthenics, a type of outdoor exercise, composed of different machines to do sports with your own body. To which are added spaces of benches to rest, the recovery of the fountain, a park for skate fans and a shaded area.
