The transfer of the judges of the "Unión" and "Reyes" case will be definitively carried out this Monday, as it has been published this Friday in the Official State Gazette, in the Justice section. According to this gazette, María Dolores García Benítez, magistrate of the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 2 of Arrecife, will take up the position in the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Ciudad Real, with powers in commercial matters.
For his part, the judge of the Court of Instruction Number 5 of Arrecife, César Romero Pamparacuatro, will take up the position in the Court of Instruction Number 1 of San Cristóbal de La Laguna.
Finally, the Official State Gazette also publishes that the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Government of the Canary Islands, Carolina Déniz de León, will occupy the position in the Court of Instruction Number 3 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. She will continue in the same administrative situation.
