The Cabildo awards the usher service for its cultural events for 200,000 euros

The Cabildo of Lanzarote has awarded the contract for the usher and hostess service for events to the company Rider Service Plus SL, for a budget of 200,000 euros.

"This new contract is justified by the need to maintain high quality standards in the service to the public attending the extensive program of cultural, social and educational activities organized by the Area", they point out from the Cabildo.

The object of the award is to provide this type of personnel for events organized by the Culture Area in its own spaces such as the CIC El Almacén and the Víctor Fernández Gopar Theater "El Salinero", as well as in other spaces where these services are required, with the aim of "improving the user experience in the activities organized in these artistic centers", according to the Minister of Culture, Alberto Aguiar.

Aguiar, in addition, has added that "this contract is essential to guarantee the correct organization and execution of the cultural events promoted by the Culture Area", explaining that "the hostesses and ushers are a key element to ensure the good experience of the public in our activities".

In this way, the Culture area of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, directed by Alberto Aguiar, begins a professionalization process in the services adjacent to the cultural program that will see how, in the coming weeks, awards will be added that will result in the improvement of the development and organization of the scheduled events.

The estimated value of the contract is 186,916 euros, plus taxes, and its duration will be 2 years, from its formalization. In addition, the possibility of extending the contract for 24 more months (2+1+1) is foreseen. The financing of this contract is borne by the Culture Area of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, with its own funds.
