For her part, the Councilor for Commerce, Nieves Martínez, thanked the local business owners for their collaboration and stressed that "all these events will contribute decisively to the development of this sector in the municipality, which needs the support of citizens and visitors during these important dates." The councilor also invited people to visit this unique market in Lanzarote, which will begin on Wednesday, December 6, until Sunday, December 10, in the Plaza de los Leones.

The Councilor for Culture, Javier Díaz, explained that this program aims to reach all points of the municipality and La Graciosa, with events such as the concert of the Villa de Teguise Polyphonic Choir and the Canarias Gospel Choir, the traditional youth musical of Teguise Never Stop Dreaming, the inauguration of the Nativity Scene, the performances of Rancho Chico and Rancho de Pascuas, the reception of the Three Wise Men, multiple concerts or the celebration of the New Year, which on this occasion will also feature fireworks in the Villa, La Graciosa and Costa Teguise.
