The San Bartolomé City Council has signed a contract to cover the crane service for the removal of vehicles in the municipality. The first deputy mayor and Councilor for Traffic, David Rocío, and the Councilor for Local Police and Public Services, Alexis Tejera, received the representative of Grúas San Ginés, the company that will provide the service for one year, which will consist of the removal, transport and deposit of vehicles in the paddock, at the municipal offices. The sub-inspector of the Local Police of San Bartolomé was also present at the meeting.
Under this agreement, the service will include a crane vehicle and the necessary material for the transport of vehicles removed to the corresponding deposit, "with the purpose of regulating and controlling traffic", the Council has pointed out.
This crane service will be provided 24 hours a day, removing vehicles with telephone request and in the presence of agents of the Local Police. Before the transfer to the paddock, a report or attestation will be issued by the agent. This report will later be passed on to the municipal collection services to process the sanction for non-compliance with traffic regulations.
Likewise, the City Council has explained that the return of vehicles will be made with the presentation of the document proving payment of the fee, as provided in the ordinance that regulates the fees for removal or immobilization of vehicles from public roads with a crane and stay in the municipal deposit.
