The San Bartolomé City Council, through the Department of Commerce and in collaboration with the Cabildo de Lanzarote, has presented the campaign You collect moments, shop in San Bartolomé, an initiative aimed at boosting consumption in local commerce on the occasion of Mother's Day.

The presentation took place in the courtyard of the Municipal Theater and marks the beginning of this action, which will run until next May 3 with the participation of more than sixty establishments of the municipality.

The campaign seeks to encourage purchases in local commerce through a simple and digital mechanism: customers must scan the QR code available in participating establishments and upload a photograph of their purchase receipt, for an amount equal to or greater than ten euros, to participate in the draw for a trip to Santander

The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, highlighted the importance of this type of initiatives for the municipality, pointing out that “this action is not just a raffle, but an invitation to discover the excellence of our small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, who are the ones who give life to our streets”.

For her part, the Councillor for Commerce, Alma González, underlined the value of institutional collaboration to promote this type of campaigns, indicating that “the union of efforts allows us to launch initiatives of greater impact, which benefit both the business fabric and the citizenry, fostering responsible and local consumption.”

This initiative is part of the strategic plan for commercial revitalization of the San Bartolomé City Council, aimed at strengthening the local economic fabric and retaining both residents and visitors, offering attractive shopping experiences and high-value prizes.

From the City Council, all citizens are encouraged to participate in this campaign and to bet on local commerce as an economic engine of the municipality.
