ro San Ginés and Samuel Martín have reached a consensus agreement for the VII Island Congress of the Canary Coalition Lanzarote, which will be held next Saturday, May 24. This agreement, the result of dialogue and the will to mutual understanding, represents a firm step towards strengthening the nationalist project on the island.

Both leaders have stressed that this agreement does not respond to personal interests, but to the firm will to continue building, from unity, a strong, cohesive Canary Coalition at the service of Lanzarote and La Graciosa. They emphasize that there are no winners or losers, but a single shared goal: the common project represented by the Canary Coalition.

“The internal debate has always been part of our identity as an organization. It is healthy, enriching and shows that we are a living party, committed to participation and active listening,” they said. 

Both San Ginés and Martín agree that the understanding reached is an example of political maturity, which reinforces the values ​​of the party to which they both belong and responds to the commitment to the society of Lanzarote and Graciosa.

The agreement reached brings together all the local committees; It is inclusive, fair and balanced, and will allow us to face the island congress with renewed enthusiasm and the certainty that the Canary Coalition will continue to be the meeting place for all the sensitivities of Canarian nationalism on the island.

The Canary Coalition Lanzarote is thus heading towards its VII Island Congress with a clear and shared roadmap, focused on the present and future challenges of the island, and with the firm determination to continue being the political force of reference in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
