The popular Pancho Hernández will not take possession of his councilor's seat this Saturday, June 17, in the Tías City Council. A piece of news that he announced this Wednesday during the last plenary session held in the Consistory.

Pancho Hernández presented his resignation this Tuesday, June 13, to the Electoral Board, but previously "I communicated it to both my island president, Ástrid Pérez, and the president of the local committee, Kiko Aparcio."

"I have made this decision to give way to youth and new additions," he told La Voz.

Hernández joins the resignations of his party colleague, María Jesús Tovar, and that of the nationalist, Pedro San Ginés.
