The company Fomento de Construcción y Contratas (FCC) has also been awarded the contract for the cleaning service of schools and municipal buildings in Tías, as published this Monday in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP). Thus, there are already three tenders that FCC has been awarded in the municipality, after also winning the tender for the removal of waste and street and beach cleaning of the municipality for a period of 10 years.
This Monday, the BOP publishes the announcement by which FCC is awarded the contract for the cleaning service in schools of the municipality, through an open procedure. The base budget of the tender was 168,000 euros, excluding IGIC, and finally the company has been awarded the service for 94,251.55 euros, excluding IGIC.
In addition, FCC has also been awarded the contract for the cleaning service of the municipal dependencies of Tías, through an open procedure. The date of the agreement is August 12, according to the BOP. The base budget of the tender came out for a total amount of 464,000 euros, excluding the IGIC, and the award price was finally set at 394,295.85 euros, excluding taxes.
In addition to these two services, FCC also recently won the Tías garbage contract for more than 40 million euros. Specifically, it managed to win the tender for the management of the public service of urban waste, street cleaning and open public spaces, parks and gardens and beach cleaning.
