The first day of work for the European Justice Ministers gathered in Lanzarote ended with a relaxed dinner at the Amura restaurant in Puerto Calero, washed down with Lanzarote wines.
The organizers of the meeting chose a sophisticated menu that served as an excuse for all the ministers to share a table and have a more relaxed evening. Duck foie gras terrine with goat cheese, apple and Malvasia reduction, wreckfish and prawn skewers on creamy black rice and cilantro aioli, and for dessert, juicy strawberries with a hint of Jamaican pepper and yogurt and thyme ice cream were the dishes of the evening. To accompany, a white Malvasia El Grifo D.O. Lanzarote and red Viña Norte D.O. Acentejo-Tacoronte were chosen.
The arrival of the attendees was scheduled for before 9:00 p.m. and after a brief welcome aperitif, offered on the new terrace overlooking an area of large yachts, the ministers and the rest of the guests sat down to enjoy dinner in the renovated event rooms that Amura opened last week as part of the celebration of the VI César Manrique Puerto Calero Trophy, when they served a dinner for 1200 people in honor of the sailors of the aforementioned event.
Among the attendees was the Spanish delegation, which is headed by the Minister of the sector, Mariano Fernández Bermejo. Specifically, this conference brings together 20 Justice Ministers from Spain, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovakia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Russia and Serbia.

For its part, the rest of the Spanish delegation is made up of the Secretary of State for Justice, Julio Pérez, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Susana Peri, and the General Director of International Cooperation, Cristina Latorre.
