Coalición Canaria (CC) San Bartolomé criticizes the government group of the City Council for "the lack of planning and foresight" of the 'Molina a Molina' works. These improvement works located between José María Gil and Rubicón streets, according to the party, "have been subjecting the municipality's businesses in recent years" due to the "abandonment" situation of the Institution.

The political formation recalls that the project was drafted in 2018 when the current municipal spokesperson for CC, David Rocío, directed the Urban Planning area of the City Council. However, the spokesperson argues that "the PSOE renounced its execution, taking five years to launch it, which has caused the deterioration and abandonment of one of the busiest streets as it is the access to the school."

In addition, CC regrets that San Bartolomé "has gone from being a benchmark in terms of activity and support for local commerce when Coalición Canaria governed to seeing how one establishment after another closes under the command of Isidro Pérez in the City Council"; they assure. That is why the party will propose in the next plenary session "the adoption of a shock plan to reactivate commercial activity, which includes the installation of adequate signage as well as revitalization plans that encourage citizens to consume in local commerce."
