The members of the Local Committee of CC assure that they have congratulated the remaining political forces for the results obtained and express their "respect and acceptance of the popular will freely expressed at the polls". In addition, they state that they are committed to "the most voted political party being in charge of forming a stable government majority for the next four years in our municipality", but they announce that "from these moments on, in our work of opposition we will be in charge of supervising the management work of the government majority that may be formed in order to avoid losing the model of economic, cultural, social, sports and urban management, which has been implemented in our municipality in recent years by our party, Coalición Canaria", - they affirm despite the fact that Juan Pedro Hernández was a member of the PIL until the middle of this legislature, - "so that the most important thing continues to be the residents and citizens of Teguise, and not personal and partisan interests".

Congratulations to the residents

The Local Committee of Coalición Canaria in Teguise has also congratulated the residents of the municipality for their high participation, close to 65%, in the Autonomous and Municipal Elections held on May 27. It has also taken the opportunity to thank the 1,700 voters who "opted for the option represented by nationalism in Teguise", and they emphasize that this has meant for CC "an increase from two to five councilors, whom we will not disappoint with our work in the next four years".

They explain that both the elected councilors of CC in Teguise and the members of the Local Committee itself will continue "in direct contact with the residents and with the different cultural, sports, educational and social groups to know and defend their problems and projects, whether from our work of government or from a serious and close opposition", they conclude.
