Asolan organizes a Revenue Management course, managing hotels in times of crisis

The Lanzarote tourism association, Asolan, has organized a specific course for business owners and managers of accommodation complexes on the island where they will be instructed in management during times of crisis and the maintenance of profits in vacation hotels.

The Association chaired by Francisco Armas López has invited expert Fernando Vives, Vice President of Business Development at Xotel, to teach this advanced course in Lanzarote.

In the course, participants will be able to learn and understand the techniques of Revenue and Yield Management, with practical examples, as well as the techniques applicable to vacation hotels.

They will also discuss ways to take control of the business in an increasingly competitive environment, techniques applicable to vacation hotels, and the latest developments in Internet distribution.

The objectives of the training are "how to handle Tour operation contracts", "increase the average income per client", "improve the customer experience through Up Selling" and "generate more reservations through your own website".

The course will be taught during the day of October 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Hotel H10 Rubicón Palace, in Playa Blanca.
