The Department of Urban Planning of the Arrecife City Council, directed by Maciot Cabrera, has brought to the Local Government Board this Wednesday the approval of new licenses that will allow adding 33 homes to the residential park of the capital, as well as 26 parking spaces distributed in different buildings.

Among the approved actions are projects in streets such as Andalusia, Antonio Bermúdez, Isabel la Católica, Triana, La Inés, Fajardo or Tinache, who argue that "they will contribute to the urban regeneration and modernization of the residential fabric in several neighborhoods of the city".

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Maciot Cabrera, has highlighted that these authorizations "represent an important step to continue giving a real response to the demand for housing in our municipality and the needs of our neighbors. We are facilitating urban regeneration in different neighborhoods and improving the living conditions of the city".

Likewise, Cabrera emphasizes that "the incorporation of new parking spaces contributes to a more orderly mobility and to provide complementary services to future homes".

With these approvals, the Department of Urban Planning argues that "it continues to advance in the improvement of the housing stock of Arrecife and in the provision of services that facilitate the daily life of the residents, reinforcing at the same time the economic activity linked to the construction sector in the city".
