The mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, signed this Monday the decree for the delegation of powers and distribution of responsibilities among the members of the new Government group. In this way, the mayor has distributed the various areas that will be managed by the eight councilors that make up the government pact formed by the Socialist Party, Compromiso por Haría and Nueva Canarias.
Alfredo Villalba pointed out that this is the beginning of an exciting stage, in which it is intended that through consensus and joint work Haría will prosper and advance "as the citizens need and deserve".
Chaxiraxi Niz will be the first Deputy Mayor and will manage the areas of Institutional Relations, Social Welfare, Seniors, Local Police, Employment. The second Deputy Mayor will be Ambrosio Viñoly, who will be in charge of Public Works and Services and the Mobile Park. Celestino Socas will occupy the position of third Deputy Mayor and will assume Economy and Finance, Housing, Transparency and Statistics. The fourth Deputy Mayor will be Marcos Lemes, who will assume New Technologies, Transportation, Health, Animal Welfare, Hunting and Management of Sociocultural Centers.
The councilor Nuria Esther Acuña will be in charge of Human Resources, Internal Regime, Crafts, Commerce and Consumption, Tourism and Equality; Alberto de León will manage Festivities, Sports, Security and Emergencies and the Environment; the councilor Paula Montero will direct the areas of Education, Culture, Youth and Citizen Participation. Finally, Bruno Santana will be in charge of Contracting and project coordination, Technical Office and Primary Sector.
