A 26-year-old woman, from Arrecife, was arrested last Monday, May 30, after allegedly "threatening and intimidating an individual with a knife, accusing him of not paying her what was agreed for the sexual services requested."
According to the report of the Local Police of Arrecife, the events took place on Monday night, when the agents received a call from a taxi driver alerting of a fight in Doctor Gómez Ulla street, in Vía Medular.
Once at the scene, the agents observed the detainee addressing "in an aggressive attitude" another individual. When questioned about what happened, the woman stated that this person had requested sexual services and that he had not paid her what was agreed. For his part, the man rebuked claimed that he had been approached by this woman, to whom he had paid five euros in coins, "showing a violent and very aggressive attitude, and demanding the delivery of more money, with the threatening and intimidating exhibition of a knife".
The complaining taxi driver corroborated that version, so the woman was arrested and transferred to the police station, along with the meat knife with the wooden handle and the five euros seized by the police. The detainee, who is accused of an alleged crime of threats, responds to the initials of Y.A.R., 26 years old, and is a native of Arrecife.
